Postage and Packaging
Unless you ask us to do otherwise you will receive your chocolates tied in cellophane. Once you have chosen your chocolates if you are ordering by order form, please add up the total weight and add the appropriate postage (if you order on-line this is done for you automatically). If you would like your chocolates boxed, or to choose a selection box please contact us and we will advise you of the delivery price because our boxes vary in size and weight.
UK Delivery
Delivery is by first class mail. Please allow five days from the placing of your order as some chocolates are made to order.
- For up to 400g chocolates £3.00
- 401-600g £3.60
- 701-900g £4.20
- 901-1100g £6.40
- Over 1100g please enquire
If you live near us you can also save on postage by collecting your order in person. If you are ordering by post and paying by cheque, please indicate this on your order and give us a telephone number so we can advise you when your order is ready and arrange a convenient pick-up time. If you prefer to pay cash on collection please ring us with your order. If you are paying on line please select the ‘collection’ box from the delivery options and leave us a telephone number and the date your order is required by.
Summer Deliveries
You may like to consider delivery to your workplace or a neighbour in hot weather if no-one is going to be home. Please store your chocolates away from direct heat and sunlight. If the weather is very hot they can be refrigerated if they are well wrapped up and allowed to reach room temperature before opening to avoid condensation.
Overseas Deliveries
We will send your chocolates boxed to ensure they arrive safely.
For European Deliveries please add:
- £10.00 up to 600g
- £11.50 up to 800g
- £13.00 up to 1000g
For deliveries outside Europe please add:
- £10.00 up to 400g
- £13.00 up to 500g
- £19.00 up to 1000g
