The first time I tasted the Venezuelan chocolates we now sell I was amazed at the variety of flavours that could be obtained from one variety of cocoa bean.
This chocolate is unusual because unlike most chocolate which is blended from two or more varieties of cocoa bean, this chocolate is not blended at all and relies on the exquisite flavour of the carenero superior bean, a regional Venezuelan variety.
The chocolate comes in six different cocoa percentages including one unusual white chocolate. Every chocolate in the range tastes completely different. This is definitely connoisseurs chocolate!
